Getting Things to You
Here's how shipping and delivery work for everything we sell.
Digital Products (audio, PDFs, downloads)
Digital products are delivered immediately after your order completes. You'll receive:
- A confirmation email with your order details
- A separate delivery email with download links (usually within 5 minutes)
- Access to your downloads from your account page
Download links remain active for 90 days from purchase date. Download as many times as you need within that window. After 90 days, contact us and we'll re-issue links.
What if my download didn't arrive or is broken? Email support@hearttohandsmovement.com within 7 days. We'll re-issue links the same business day. Always.
Physical Products (wall art, mugs, apparel, frames, books)
Where we ship: Currently the United States and Canada. International shipping available on request — email us before ordering.
How long shipping takes:
Most physical products are made on demand by our print partners (Printful for apparel, Prodigi for fine art, etc.). This means:
- Production time: 2–5 business days
- Shipping time: 3–7 business days within US, 5–10 to Canada
- Total estimated delivery: 5–12 business days from order
You'll get a tracking number when your order ships.
Shipping costs: Calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination. Free shipping on orders over $75 within the US.
International orders
- Customs and duties are the buyer's responsibility (we ship under DDU — Delivered Duty Unpaid)
- Delivery times depend on customs clearance in your country
- Returns from international destinations: customer responsible for return shipping
Sales tax
We collect sales tax where required by law. Currently: Illinois (our home state). Other states added as nexus is established.
